Return to Rich’s: The Story Behind the Store

Design and implementation of an exhibition presenting the rags-to-riches story of immigrant Morris Rich and his extended family. The exhibit documented the history and timeline of Rich’s Department Store from its humble origin as M. Rich’s Dry Goods store through its rise to become one of the most influential institutions in Atlanta, earning an unrivaled loyalty from generations of customers and dedicated employees. Completed under tight time constraints, the exhibit received the best exhibition award in its category at the annual conference of the Georgia Association of Museums and Galleries.
